Damaged/ Defective Items Form
NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES ON ALL WINE BOTTLES (BIG, Small or tasters) or WINE ACCESSORIES. Under certain circumstances such as damaged during shipping order will be re-shipped or possibly refunded or if the product is defective.
PLEASE USE DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE FORM AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SITE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING ITEM(S).
Damaged or Defective Wine Accessories:
Please inspect your order and contact us within 48 hours, in order to be eligible for an EXCHANGE for another wine accessory.
If you receive the wrong item, please fill out the Damaged/Defective Item Form within 48 hours. Damaged item has to be returned to us via shipping or local drop off before a new item will be sent out.
DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ACCESSORIES CAN ONLY BE EXCHANGED FOR THE SAME TYPE OF ACCESSORY PURCHASED:
EX: If you purchased a battery powered electric corkscrew you can only exchange for another battery powered electric corkscrew (does not have to be the same color).
